Dvc Loan payoff question

Tammac Financial returned my October monthly payment because it overpaid the loan.They gave me a loan payoff amount that I sent October 8th and it has not been cashed by the bank. I called 3 times but no one has returned my call on if they have they check.Now November is coming up so I am not sure what to do. They are usually very good.
