Looks great! We haven't been out to Ko'olina in months, I wonder when the groundbreaking is? It said next month in that video but I wasn't sure of the date of the video.

Parking is tight out there, I'm personally hoping they improve the beach parking situation. (HI state law that ALL beaches are public and access to the beach must not be compromised.) So it's not entirely a private resort, local residents can come to any of the lagoons and enjoy. It is very pretty out there. It is in direct line for HNL so every few minutes airplanes roar overhead but they aren't too loud.
