DVC International members - ITIN application

I am a UK DVC member, I applied for an ITIN number earlier in the year and it has been rejected for not having an exemption listed! Has anyone got one of these successfully? If so do you remember what exemption you used? TIA

We used an advisor to get ours And it still took a year and had to be submitted twice. Well worth paying someone to get it done
