DVC hotel room locations?

Hi all, hoping someone could shed some light on this for me. I just rented points for a standard hotel room. I was wondering where my room could possibly be located. All I've really figured out, and I could be wrong, is that there are only 8 hotel rooms alloted to DVC and they are in the Waianae building. True? Does anyone know if they are all in the same area, on the same floor, or have the same views? I've also read conflicting reports about whether these have 2 Queen or 1King bedding. I see only see 4 hotel rooms on the Views thread, and not sure if those would be DVC rooms. Any insight would be appreciated!

Note: The 8 Aulani Hotel Rooms are located in the Hotel Wing of the resort and do not appear on the charts below. These rooms are classified as Standard View and face the parking garage.

I think I found the answer to my own question! At least to the location question...

I believe all the rooms are in the same location with a view looking over the hotel entrance. All the rooms should have king beds. At least I hope they do as we just booked the same room for early 2020 and are expecting a king.

The standard hotel rooms are overlooking the garage, and the dvc standard hotel rooms are supposed to be two queen beds. When I rented points from Davids, when we checked in we were given a room with a king and pull out and I had to request to be moved to a two queen bed room. I was told on this forum that it was impossible when renting dvc points for a standard hotel room to be given a king room instead of the 2 queen beds, but that was my experience. To note I only had two people on the reservation, so not clear if they were having maintenance issues on 1 of the 8 standard dvc hotel rooms and moved us to a king room knowing we didn't "need" the extra bed for sleeping accommodations. The studies have a queen and a pullout.
