You call DVC MS directly if your name is listed. You can add the DP yourself for all people in the room for the entire 7 nights. As you've described it, you'll likely have to get the DP for your renter as well since his name is listed. There is no member discount other than DVC members do not have to pay the seasonal up charges at present (that could change). If, on that call or any others to either RCI or DVC, you mention this is a rental, you put yourself and the RCI member in the risk positions I mentioned before.Thank you so much for this info! I am staying at SS. And should I just tell them I have an RCI guest certificate?
There is a Disney number on my Certificate 800.***.****. That's the number I called last time, and they said the member would have to call, but maybe they weren't clear it was an RCI exchange.
