Dvc grocery order pickup

We ordered a few grocery items for the room from the dvc order form and emailed a few weeks ago. Where do I get this picked up from? I selected pick up because I thought we’d be able to pick it up at the bells service but they did not have it and told me maybe it will be delivered to the room or to check at the resort store (?) We are staying at BWV.

Our home resort is BWV. We have done this a few times and it was always already in the room when we checked in. If it is not at bell services, I would go down to the Screen Door General Store and check there. Sorry this is happening to you!

eta: I found a fax number that we used in the past (couldn't locate a phone number) Maybe if you have a fax app on you phone you can fax them and ask them to call you. 407-939-5615 Good luck!

Thanks for your reply! We ended up dropping by the general store at about 5:30 (since had not been delivered by5). The young man said it wasn’t ready but he was pulling the items and had called me about some substitutions, so I went ahead and approved them. I asked him to deliver to our room when it was ready. They did when I was in the shower

Overall, an easy process, although Instacart has more options of course. They told me they only get about 1/order per day. I’d do it again for the convenience ovee having to order out and it gave me the dvc discount.
