DVC Gold Pass

Hey all...my wife and I are members. All of our immediate family (us and 2 kids) have the Gold Annual Pass...question is, my 10 year old niece is coming on a trip with us this winter and THEN she is going in August again...are we able to buy her an annual pass (gold)? I know when we go they always ask for our ID but never about the kids. Any experience with this? Thanks.

The official rule is that she has to live at your address. But, as you've stated, that isn't enforced for children who have no way to prove where they live.

That is what I figured...however, she has a different last name, which might raise a flag...

My daughter have a different last name than me and I got her the gold AP no questions asked (except for my blue member card)

Your niece is not entitled to a DVC Gold pass as she is not in your ur immediate family living at your address.

Since you have received your answer I am going to close thread as discussion of ways to work around Disney rules is against the rules.
