DVC for VGC do you own??

Yes we are hanging onto our paper work. I read alot on here and asked the guide about getting a better rate and that's when she said there was a buzz that there might be a new webcast so just hang on and wait and see. Thanks for telling me though, this has been a great board for info!!

We own at Clubintrawest out of Whistler BC.

Can some one tell me how the Villas are separated from their surrounding if you wind up on the ground floor.?

I own two other contracts with DVC but not at VGC. I got a 1 bdrm for this coming weekend Thurs - Mon at about 5 weeks. No problem.
However, it isn't a holiday weekend, no special events (that I know of). So availability is always a crap shoot. If you need a 3 bdrm grand villa, I definitely suggest you buy at VGC as there are only 2 and they would have the most limited availability.

anywho I'm a lil bummed we cannot book concierge in the Disneyland or Paradise Pier on points anymore!!! I knew they were going to take the Grand Cali hotel bookings away but Concierge too ohh the horror lol..

Here is a video taken last week (it seems embedded video is not supported).
The video shows a raised planter that separates the patio tables and the ground floor VGC rooms. This area on the PP side is very secluded, with no foot traffic. I only saw the barbeques used twice during my 4 day visit.

You can't? Wow..I did not know this..I thought it was just the Grand that you couldn't book on points anymore...I thought everything at the other hotels would still be available.

We had pizza delivered to our villa when we were there in September. We asked for recommendations at the desk and one of the suggestions was Marris Pizza. They delivered directly to our villa. The pizza was excellent. We cooked the rest of our meals while we were there. Actually, we invited relatives to dinner a few nights and they cooked for us.

My husband went down to guest services and they gave him some choices but no menus. The pizza place that we picked has a web site and I think some of the other choices they gave us also had web site. We had a computer with us so we just looked on-line. We asked for recommendations that were more local and less national chain related. Guest services has always been really helpful.
