We also pay part of our maintenance fees with our Disney rewards.
I think you have to pay your dues in full at the beginning of the year - someone correct me if I am wrong please.![]()
You can have the directly debit it from your bank account monthly.
If you are signed up for monthly debit, you can call MS and apply your reward dollars towards your dues and then pay the remainder via monthly debit. If I remember correctly, they don't reduce your monthly payment, you just end up making fewer payments. For example if you had enough reward dollars to pay half your dues and called MS to apply them towards your balance, they would continue to debit the usual amount each month but your dues would be paid in full as of your June payment.Yes, but I don't think you can use your credit card/disney reward dollars if you do that since it comes out of your checking.
Has anyone had them charged to their cc monthly - automatic? and if so - how would they apply the rewards?

To clarify one point - even though I don't think this is exactly what they are asking...I think you have to pay your dues in full at the beginning of the year -
There is no fee if you opt to pay monthly however your only option is to pay via direct debit from a bank account. So if you want to pay with a credit card to get the rewards you must pay in full in January. If you opt to pay monthly your "reward" is that there is no fee for spreading out the payments over 12 months. Thanks for the info. I did think of something else - do they charge a monthly fee if you go with the 12 month payments? If so is it an interest rate or a flat fee? (My car insurance company charges flat $3 a month if you don't pay in full at the beginning of the year)
