Dvc Exchange Forum?

After owning since 2000, we are for the first time discussing exchanging outside of WDW, and I'm wondering if there is, was or ever will be an exchange forum on these boards? If not, is there a "best" place on the DIS to get opinions/advice on exchange resorts for DVC'RS?
