I've seen it posted here before but cannot find the information now. What is the member services satisfaction e-mail address? I recently returned from a 10 day stay at VWL and encountered several maintenance issues that were reported but never resolved.

Just out of interest, did you report them to maintenance or to the front desk?

That's sad to hear. Wasn't VWL just recently rehabbed?
