That would be very sad because I have stayed in probably 15 different dvc rooms over the last year and not one of them was cleaned well. Never had a problem with the cleanliness of mouse keeping until the pandemic. Dirt on the floors, wrappers, if I walked in bare feet the bottom of my feet were black etc.Most of the increase at SSR is coming from Housekeeping.

My last stay at VGC in August was like this. I see BWV has averaged around 3% over it’s life. Could this higher percentage (5.6%) be for the 2023 refurb? Do refurb years increase dues?
I’m just guessing but transportation and groundskeeping might have above average costs.Could someone give an opinion as to why OKW has one of the highest dues? Does it have to do with amount of rooms, age, anything else?
Spread out so house keeping and maintenance is more costly. Same with air conditioning. Lots of buses to service. Also the oldest DVC resort which means lots of maintenance. I think they artificially start them higher, so the dues "increase" is smaller while its actively selling...I’m not usually a conspiracy theorist but anyone else find it suspicious that Riviera continues to see very minimal dues increase?
