DVC Disneyland Tips

We have always done 3 days for DL, but we never do everything and always repeat some things.

Just keep in mind there are almost as many attractions in 2 parks here in California s in 4 parks in WDW.

The other wildcard is your willingness to go open to close and for how long. I can do 9-9 indefinitely in Florida, more than a week. I cannot do 7:30-midnight more than 2 or 3 days. If you can, you certainly can do more in the evening too.

For the first DL trip in 30 years, I would suggest 4 days. This will be more than enough for a leisurely touring plan to get to all the rides. Our first trip to DL we did 4 days which allowed us to ride every ride and do some of the other activities like the Animation Academy at DCA. Now, we just do 3 days and still get to most things we want to do. Park hoppers are a MUST at DL as both parks are 20-30 yards across the Esplanade to each other. Unlike WDW, you don't have to go through security between the parks, the entire DTD is a secured area. I hope you got your villa booked!
