Was on with WDW IT. DVC system isn't able to push guests over to Disney Go site. Blamed it on CloudStrike issues. We tried several different thing to fix (me deleting and reentering). What is usually minutes, is expected to happen over night. until the issue is fixed. I cannot validate if it works until tomorrow.
This has some urgency if your dates are coming up and you want to use the New Genie program. Your guests must be "pushed" over to the other system. If they aren't seen as resort guests by the second system, they can't have the booking advantage.
I see them in my DVC dashboard on the reservation. I see them in Disney Go now BUT they are not listed as resort guests - it shows they have tickets and dining.
