DVC & Dining Plans

Is there a discussion about DVC and dining plans?

Can we just get the dining plan for a couple days and not the rest? Or split it between QSDP and DDP?

I heard the prices went up for next year. We're planning for a March trip. Just trying to see if it's worth it or should we just pay OOP.

I was going to ask a similar question so I figured I'd add to your question. I have seen people say that they did DDP for one day for the refillable drink cups. Do I have that correct and do you have to start and use it up on the first day?

Our last trip we purchased the QSDP and the DDDP for one day each and used the credits over two days. We didn't have any issues segmenting our trip but lots of other folks have. There are several threads here dedicated to segmenting the dining plans which would probably be helpful.
