DVC Dining Discounts and Blackout Dates

Hi All,

Maybe I am not looking in the right place but I can't seem to find any blackout dates for DVC dining discounts. My wife and I will be there on July 4th and I see blackout dates for Tables in Wonderland. But I don't see any for DVC discounts. Does anyone know if 7/4 if a blackout date for DVC?
