DVC customer service is the best!

I have anxiety when calling any customer service line. But DVC, time after time, exceeds my expectation with attitude and knowledge.

I just got off the phone and had such a nice conversation, I felt like I was talking to a family member. In fact, while hanging up, I caught myself almost closing with, "love you.".

It is very rare to get a bad DVC CM, but is does happen occasionally. Most are extremely helpful and chatty.
