I feel apprehensive about even posting this given what I think has occurred, but I was looking at old availability charts and I noticed Peter S. has essentially been wiped from Dis-xistence. Did he leave for some reason or has he been disappeared? I'm not really looking for an explanation or to hypothesize, but more wondering if he is around, as the charts and excels were tremendous for an old school DVC nerd like me, and him being gone is going to be a huge loss. The DVC show in particular is rough without him as although I love all the people nobody really fills the knowledge gap there from an unbiased perspective. If he is gone, that is a major bummer that he has been eliminated from the boards as well.

I am sick about it. Having a falling out with an old employee, well sure that’s just nobody’s business, it’s just business.

But Skier_Pete was one of us who gave hours and hours on those charts. He cared more about this community that a bunch of people who have come and gone on the podcast. If anyone has contact with him let him know there are people who really appreciate him and wish him well.

The world is such an awful place right now. And I feel like I always forget to say thank you before it’s too late.
Thank you Pete.

Right but going forward his presence is apparently no more, looks like he's deactivated. I hope that was his decision if only for how much he put into this place. Maybe I can get on his direct mailing list, I would pay for some of the things he was putting out for free.

The podcasts are 90% the ambience of "talking Disney," 10% of detailed decision making information at this point. Pete really squeezed everything you could out of that 10%. You look at a show like the dining show where more than half the people order the same meal, and compare it to one of the first podcasts they did on DVC use years and availability - all of the shows are fun but those DVC shows were tremendous. Not sure why given all the people that have come and gone before, but this one stings.
