DVC contract sales

Hope I dont get in trouble asking this but what is the reason selling DVC contracts is not allowed on the Disboards? Is it somthing to do with the sponsor wanting to maximise their buisness or is it more complicated and to do with the complicated legal isues of buying and selling real estate?

Simple answer - the owner of the DIS does not allow "For Sale" posts on the site - including the DVC Boards.


There are certainly other avenues available for those wanting to sell things - DVC or otherwise.
