DVC confirm now pulling up on Online Dining Reservations site

does anyone know if you can list food allergies if you make your dining reservations on line?

Of course after my 90 days pass guess what, it works now. Oh well that is how my luck goes. Better luck next trip.

Where are you all plugging in your reservation number? Is this under the "My Disney Vacation" link once you log-in?

I plug in my reservation after I have chosen my restaurant. The webpage has an option above the date to select area asking to include your reservation and phone number. Put your phone number in as xxx-xxx-xxxx.

This totally worked! I did it last week, but it didn't work. It's weird how it works here, but it doesn't work on the retrieve reservation page. On that page, the hyphens don't stay within the phone number - they disappear.

That's Disney's crazy tech system for you, Tiger

Just wanted to say that my reservation does not pull up on the regular reservation site, but it does pull up on the dining site. The part right before you make a dining reservation when you want to attach the reservation to the adr. I then tried to pull up my reservation from the regular section from my vacation and it does not pull up there.

So do you have to be within 90 days of your trip for this to work on the dining site?

I'm trying to pull up my late October reservation and can't see it (or my Dec or next March reservations, either.)

I just went and checked my list of reservations (DVC) and all of mine work. Keep in mind that this only works when you are in the dining section right when you get ready to make an ADR. I have SIX DVC reservations and yesterday I got all but one to work, so this morning I went and tried the Dec one again and this time tried my husband's cell phone and that was the phone tied to that reservation (how they got that number I don't have a clue). ALSO, as mentioned earlier, using the "my vacation" will not pull up your DVC reservations, only when you're in the dining section and it ask to add your room reservation you then click on that link and it will pull it. So now it works for ALL SIX of my DVC reservations for 2009. BTW -- I did NOT have to use dashes for my phone numbers -- my accepted xxxxxxxxxx.

No, I can pull my October and December reservations up prior to booking a dining reservation, but, of course, I can't choose any dates within that range because I'm not at the 90 day mark. But it does say "boardwalk villas 10/18-10/24" then there is a button that ask if I want to disassociated this rerservation with the reservation I'm trying to make. (My ADR day is 7/20)

Can you shed some light on what that button is for, what it means?:confused3
Thanks

When you choose a restraurant and tell it "make a reservation" you get the screen that lets you put the date and time in. At the top it will say log in (if you haven't yet) and it also says "if you have a reservation please enter that" so you click that link and it opens the part where you enter your room confirmation number and phone number. Then you click it and it will either be RED and tell you there's a problem or it will go back to the screen and in itialics it will have your reservations information. Now it will have a button under that paragraph which says "disassociate" which obviously means you can click it if you don't want the reservation you're making associated with this room reservation.

To associate something would mean to attach it to something or use with it, so in this case, disassociate would mean to remove that reservation from being linked to those particular ADRs. I'm assuming it's for split stays? This way, you can link it to the particular stay that is relevant. You can disassociate and then associate the ressie back and forth - I checked to make sure.:thumbsup2

I played around with it, and this is what I gather. Someone else might know more about it and want to shed some more light on it.

HTH, Tiger :)

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! That's the first post I've seen that gave me enough info to get my reservations to show in the system. I know my October reservation is listed now so when it is time to do the reservations later this month, I will try the online system rather than call in. Even if I have to do it at 5 am! :scared1:

That's great! I too have to make my October 18-24 ADRs on July 20 so was practicing that I knew what to do when it was time. Strangely I'll be in WDW on July 20 and will bring my netbook with me to make them, but will not hestitate to pick up the room phone if I can't get the system to work for me.

Inkmahm, I am not seeing the options you are on my screen. I am testing it with Boma. I put in the date, time, etc. and hit "Check Availability." It gave me an option and then I hit "Add to Cart." As you continue there is no where for a reservation number. ???

I got it to work too! :cool1: I am so excited b/c my 90 days to book ADR is tomorrow. I'll let you all know how it works -- wish me luck!

Okay, I finally figured out where it gives the option to put the reservation number in. It now says my trip dates will be associated with any dining reservations I make.

I made my online ADRs this morning! It finally was able to pull up my res.# and all days. I had great luck getting what we wanted. I never thought they'd have the DVC part fixed in time for me. It was very easy!
Wow, hours out on the 1st, and online ADRs, I'm doing pretty good!
