DVC code from Disney Visa?

I have a friend who got an offer for $200 credit if she opened a Disney Visa through Chase. Cool, right? Well, she accidentally shredded it but still wants to open the card and book a vacation to WDW.
Did anyone else out there get this code? We've called Chase but they won't give it to her?!

Oops...I just noticed that I put DVC code in the subject line. I guess it's actually just a Disney credit code, not DVC...

From what I understand the code is tied to only the receipent--its not a standard code for the general public. I would love to get one of these myself!
