DVC Closing Prices thru Disney...

Does anyone know how much Disney charges for closing ?
Is there a flat fee or is it per point ?

I know it varies based on the number of points-bought a 25 point contract about 2 weeks ago and closing costs were $101 (I think if you finance closing costs are slightly higher)-I think we were quoted around $125-150

That is when we purchased. We were looking into adding and wondered about the closing cost.

Maybe $3 a point. I just bought a 168 pt contract and the closing was about $500...not $5K.
