I Know That The Moderate Resorts Are Not Dvc, But Is There A Cash Rate Discount For Them? What Kind Of Cash Rate Do You Get For The Dvc Resorts?

The only DVC discount for cash reservations is at DVC resorts. None of the non-DVC resorts may be booked thru MS for cash reservations.

When available, the DVC member discount is 25% based on the rack-rate. It is not usually available right at 11 months, but is offered when MS is convinced that DVC accommodations won't be needed for point reservations. Usually weekends are readily available for most (but not all) times of the year.
