DVC Cancellation Contract?

Hello! I have a renter who can no longer take her trip in xxxxx. I have time to re-rent my points and to be honest I want to just be done with this renter so I'm going forward cancelling and refunding most of her payment. Does anyone happen to have a cancellation contract?

Honestly, if your contract has a no cancellation and no refund clause already, not sure you need anything other than an email from the renter requesting a cancellation.
