DVC Builds New DCL Ship

HEY, could DVC be building one of the new DCL ships for itself?

Naaaa too easy, April 1st is over a month away!!!

You might see some more Members cruises when the new ships come online, but they'd never fill it if it were a dedicated DVC ship.

Would be nice though if DVC owned a number of cabins in order to lower the point cost.

I know it's not practical but one can wish!

I don't think this would ever happen. They already have a method for DVC members to trade into the DCL. Maintenance Fees and upkeep on an ocean going vessle would be cost prohibitive for most members. almost all cruise lines sell their ships after 15 to 18 years, due to the fact that once a ship reaches a certain age, it cost too much to maintain. and finally, if one of these ships was for DVC, the announcement would have been made by Disney Vacation Deveopment, not DCL.
