DVC Brokers. Who is your favorite?

Hello,

I am looking to rent out my points. I am considering using a broker since I have not done this in the past. Do you have a favorite company that you use to do this? Looking for feedback. Thank you!

Some brokers can not be discussed her but honestly, I wouldn’t use one right now, given all the issues they have had during the past year.

However, many have an excess of points too from owners who have to rent points again becsuse resorts were closed.

Having said all that, I am pretty sure all of them have similar policies I and prices. Just be sure you read the contract carefully to understand it all.

It's pretty easy to rent points on your own, and Ive done so when I have some extra points (and started staying in studios). It's also easier to transfer points but you only are allowed one transfer per use year.

There may be a glut of points at a cheaper price right now with the brokers. You might just read the Rent/Trade Board right here on the DIS DVC Boards and see if it sounds good to you.
