We did get ours. However, the binding is falling apart, so the pages are coming out. I called and they said a new one would be sent out, that was in January. I called again last week and they put another request in to send me a new one.

We bought at the end of october 2007. No new planner here. called two or three weeks ago to MS and still haven't gotten the new planner.

Bad customer service. Doesn't make me excited to buy more points....
