Leaving for Aulani in 10 days and have been watching a few you tube videos that have highlighted merchandise in the gift shops. I was wondering if the gift shops offer discounts to DVC members like the shops at Disney World. Fingers crossed that they do.

Not really, you need to be blue card members. I purchased resale, and I more than happy with the value I got even without the blue card. So, there is no FOMO for me!
