DVC BCV Merchandise

Hey you all! My sister and BIL are "going home" for the first time. Jane at Gifts of a Lifetime is going to make me a basket to be waiting for them. Has anyone been to the BCV gift shop lately? Can you tell me some cool stuff you've seen, so I can decide what to have Jane get? Thanx!

We were at BCV in May, and I bought DH a wonderful polo shirt in a 'duck egg' blue. It had the BCV logo embroidered on the front, with the 'Members are Magical' logo on the sleeve. It looks ace, and makes us smile every time he wears it. I'm sure that your BIL (and sister) will enjoy!

We bought a couple of matching DCV mugs too. They are nice and chunky with the new logo - not specific to BCV but another way to feel the magic when they come home.

They had lots of other merchandise - mugs, t-shirts etc - I'm sure someone who has visited more recently will be able to recall better.

I bought a light tan hat in June with the same color blue embroidery that has already been mentioned in regard to a shirt.

I just returned from the neighboring BWV, where DVC merchandise was quite scarce. I asked a CM at the store about it, and he said, "We're not selling that now. It's all in the back room." Why would that be?

In June I bought a navy blue visor with the DVC logo in a khaki/gold embroidery. Also a tan t-shirt with blue lettering with DVC logo on back and Beach Club Villas on front. They just never have enough stuff!

I think this is a HUGE marketing area that Disney is missing. DH and I are always disappointed with the small selection of DVC merchandise. I mean, what they do have is nice quality, but there is just not enough of it.

I know that DH would wear a DVC shirt every day if he had one for every day of the week.

I wonder why Disney isn't picking up on this???????

dont forget to have jane pick up a refillable mug or mugs, that would be a great idea, not only they can bring it home with the bc on it , they can refill them the ir entire stay.

we bought dvc navy blue jackets with dvc logo on them, we love them they are reversable and waterproof, but $75 each.

key chains, coffee travel mugs $18, dvc polo shirts , dvc tee shirts,
baseball style hats, im not sure but i think some kind of drinking glass with the dvc logo, if i think of anything else i will post again, im short on time right now

I agree the refillable mugs are a must. Also how about a BCV trading pin?

There is a trading pin with Mickey at the top and 'Beach Club Villas' at the bottom.
