DVC availability for end of June

We passed ROFR on Monday. How much longer does it take to close and be put in the system so we can make reservations?

We are really wanting to take a last minute trip at the end of June, but I know by the time we are able to make reservations, there may not be anything left. Does anyone have any experiences with this? We don't really care where we stay, we just want a studio. I am just hoping that if we can't make reservations until the middle of May, there may be a studio at SS or OKW left.

There probably isn't much left right now, so don't worry about it. It will likely take a month to close. Since the end of June is going to be near the Independance Day weekend, it is unlikely to be available now at just 2 months out anyway.

Well I can tell you that BWV are booked for the end of June. We are waitlisted for a 1 bdr.standard for our first night and right now have a BW view room ressie for that night.

I called to check on my waitlist the other day and was told that there are no rooms available at all.

Not sure about SSR and OKW though.

About 3 weeks ago, I called for availability for my DB as he was closing on a contract. He had 60pts. to use or lose by Sept. 1. Everything for studios was booked through middle of Aug. except a room here or there during various weeks...nothing consecutive, nothing more than one night except for OKW & SSR. They may be your only chance.....but again, that was 3 weeks ago. Good luck!

I called on Monday of this week and got 4 consecutive nights in a 2BR near the HH at OKW for mid July. Not sure if that tells you anything about late June, since it's a couple of weeks later, but there was availability for my (last minute) dates at a DVC resort - even though I would rather have been at VWL or BCV.
