Seriously, if this is true, and if the usual promos and incentives are included as they usually are when a new resort opens, then your friend topolino may looking to do an add-on!!

That would be great...I wonder how expensive it will be. GF is probably the most expensive resort at WDW so I'm sure the DVC price per point will reflect that. Personally, I'd be more excited and willing to buy into the Poly.

This has been a rumor for years. I'd love it if it came to be. I've wanted to stay at the Grand Flo ever since I was a little girl.

I was hoping they would do the Poly next. GF is nice, just not my cup of tea, Poly is my favorite.

Rumor also has it that DVC units will be popping up at Ft. Wilderness in the future as well. Probably in the form of cabins.

I don't think it'll be easy to book, though at this point that is just speculation. Have you seen how hard it is to book BCV at the seven month mark?

I have no idea how many units the DVC section of GF will have, but in keeping with the style, they won't be able to build "up", like they did at BLT.

Yeah... If GF goes DVC, we will book at the 11 month mark.

If Disney is going to put up more of the same plausible denials like they did with Bay Lake Tower, then I'd say this is a go. Besides, it looks like the same type of smoking gun we had when BLT was speculation.

I found it really amusing that Disney was still denying BLT when it was like 3/4 of the way up !!!

Wherever the new DVC properties are going to spring up over the next few years, I just hope they make them better instead of worse. Personally, even though I love BLT, there is no way I would ever stay in a studio there. I don't know what they were thinking when they decided on the layout and square footage but IMO it's the worst out of all the DVC resorts. I would stay in a studio anywhere else before I would go back to one at BLT.

I found it really amusing that Disney was still denying BLT when it was like 3/4 of the way up !!!

The funniest was watching Derek at the DVC Doorway to Dreams store in the Chicago suburbs try to keep his eyes from popping out of his head when a young girl asked him point blank about BLT before it was "confirmed". It was during a DIS meet there and was a priceless moment.

I doubt my family would have interest in buying points at a GFV, nor in staying there, but I have no doubt that the resort would be very popular and would sell extremely well, on a similar plane to BLT.

Also, I'd never say that we'll never stay there nor buy points, since I previously would not have said that I'd buy DVC, yet we now own 500 points, so things can and do change. For now, however, we're much more interested in BWV and BLT and find their themes fit us better.
