"On September 6, the South Florida Water Management District issued an Environmental General Resource Permit to Walt Disney World for a water management plan for a project described as "construction and operation of a surface water management system to serve a 2.89-acre commercial project known as DVC @ The Contemporary Construction Trailer Compound." The compound would be located at the STOLport, the small airport across World Drive from the parking lot at the Transportation and Ticket Center. There are certain time restrictions by which Disney would have to move forward with the project or the permit will be revoked or expire."
