DVC AP prematurely showing expired in MDE?!?

Has anyone had a problem with their APs showing expired before the date in MDE. My DH's doesn't expire until 5.31.15, but it is lited under past tickets & says expired 5.31.15. Disney hasn't been very helpful saying that they would have to fix it at the gate. Not okay since we'll need it for FP+s.

Some DVC friends who purchased theirs with the dvc discount in early June 2014 are having a similar issue. However, my mother bought hers the same day as my DH, but she didn't have the dvc discount. Her AP is fine. Most frustrating.

Thanks in advance if you have any suggestions for how to resolve this issue with Disney.
 
mine is not showing under MDE as a linked ticket anymore--but I can still make FP+ and it worked fine this week.

Ours didn't show under Reservations & Tickets for a week or so, but they are back there again. During the entire time they didn't show, my profile still indicated that I was a passholder until 6/1/2015. Like you, I could still make FP+ selections even though they didn't show under Reservations & Tickets.
 
I noticed that our active PAP's, good through 4/4/15, were gone this AM. We also have some non-activated AP's that were linked to the acct, but the PAP sale came after linking those AP's, and they could not un-link them, but it was set up for the PAP to work first.

I called support this AM. She could see the active PAP's and said they were linked in my wife's MDE account. Of course, I can't see them there using the computer or iPhone. She suggested that we stop at Guest Services when we are there next month, just to make sure that the current active PAP is the active ticket linked to the magic band, and not the yet non-activated AP.

She indicated that they are doing fairly frequent updates to the system, which may have caused them to disappear :confused3:eek:

I also noticed today that my DVC AP as well as those of my 2 kids and husband were no longer showing on MDE. Previous to that, they were showing as expired when they were not. Like others, it seems like the system knew they were there and valid (we could still make FPPs). Called Disney support and they passed it along to tech. They reappeared with correct expiration info within a couple hours.
 
We did have the same problem and it did not go away. I ended up calling a couple times and no one was able to help. I then emailed and was told to call 407-566-4985 option 5 and they fixed them all.
 
My AP isn't showing in MDE anymore either. But I did make FPs yesterday for Mar. trip with no problem. Another glitch in the system!
 
I just logged in and both my husband's and my APs are showing correctly with the correct as far as I can recall expiration date.
 
I ad similar problem in Dec, but had no issue with using it. I brought my AP with me in case I had an issue.
