DVC annual pass

DO DVC members still get an annual pass at a reduced rate. I haven't looked into it lately. and an wondering if it is still avialable.. Thanks

Yes - it's about $100 off. I just bought one at the end of October.

I am confused - Sorry.
When is the Annual Pass activated - when you buy it or when you first use it?
I am thinking of buying them as Christmas gifts, but we won't use them until October. Does that make sense?

The date you first enter a park with them is the time the pass starts, unless of course it is a renewal and then that will activate as soon as the old pass expires.

Actually, just to clarify a bit...

• If you have the passes mailed to you you won't get the actual pass. You'll get a voucher which will need to be exchanged at a Guest Service window at one of the parks or at Downtown Disney. The clock will start ticking on the pass as of that date, not the date you purchase it, whether you enter the park or not.
• If you choose the "Will Call" option you won't get anything in the mail. Instead you'll just go to Guest Services (again, at a park or at Downtown Disney) to pick up your passes. The clock will start ticking as of the pick up date whether you enter a park with them or not.

Is there a Guest Services window at the International Gateway in Epcot? I know there is a ticket booth there, is it the same spot?
I am planning on buying an AP with my DVC discount and we are staying at our "New" Home BCV. I would like to exchange a voucher on our first afternoon.
Can I also get a TIW Card at the same time and place I activate my AP?
