DVC Annual Pass and Website Issues

I just received the AP Exchange Certificate I bought using the link on the DVC member site. I wanted to check out the Passholder section of the WDW website but I'm having trouble logging in. I entered the info and the page just refreshes - no error message or anything. Has anyone else had this problem? Can we not log in if our exchange certificate came from DVC? It looks like it matches the Type 2 ones, but maybe I'm missing something.

One possible cause is cookies. Be sure your browser is set to accept cookies from the website.

Thanks for the suggestion! I verified that cookies are not being blocked. I should be able to do this, right? I don't need to get my official AP before logging into the web site, do I?

I've never accessed the site with a voucher, but yes, it should be possible by following the directions on the website.

I remember reading somewhere here onthe DIS that there is "trick" to getting it work with a voucher. Maybe someone else that has had the problem will post.

I think you only need to enter the last five digits of the code, I read something about this on another thread no more than a couple of weeks ago.

Was that here on the DIS? I tried searching and didn't find anything. I've tried entering just the first 5 digits and the last 5 digits with no luck. Do you maybe have a link to that other thread?

I finally figured it out - I had to enter the last 3 digits of the number and it finally worked. Thanks for the help!
