DVC annual meeting-time?

I know the DVC annual meeting is on December 4, but does anyone know yet what time it is? I looked on the Member's website, but couldn't find any info about it. I'm trying to make reservations for lunch and don't want to miss the meeting.

I don't think a location has been announced yet either. If it's at BW, I may go.
