DVC and theme park openings?

A few weeks back, DVC announced that members would "soon" be able to enter the theme parks 1/2 hour earlier than anyone else. I was just wondering if this has really happened? I've heard that the theme parks have been opening early, but is it for DVC members only or, as I suspect, is it for everyone?

It wasn’t announced for DVC but all WDW onsite guests, It has not yet started as it said coming later in 2021.

Sorry, I forgot! I knew that there was supposedly earlier entry for certain guests, just forgot who. It seems they're still letting everyone in at the same time.

I think you are correct that right now, they are still letting everyone in at the same time. WDW has not yet started the new early entry benefit. No one knows for sure how they are going to handle the early entry once it rolls out later this year.

At the moment, the parks are opening a little earlier then normal, but it's not specific to resort or good neighbor guests. In general, they are just opening when they have the all-clear from safety and security.

"Sometime in 2021" that will change.
