DVC and park ticket discounts

Hi there, I'm a new DVC member and I'm trying to figure out or waiting for DVC to offer park ticket discounts besides the annual passes. We have plans to go in August and we don't want to wait to buy the tickets if their won't be any discounts offered.
Also can points be used to purchase a meal plan?

I don't think they will ever offer us discounted park tickets. Or a discount on meal plans. Now if you live in Florida that's a different story! They get all the discounts.

There was the 4 days for $199 ticket. Didn't work for me but I guess it's something.

DVC Annual Passes and Premium Annual Passes are the same price as Florida Resident.
