We are going on a cruise on the Magic soon...not on points.

My question: Should I bring my DVC member card? Will I need it on the ship for anything? I am thinking special presentations, etc. Thank you, Cindy

yes do--they have a dvc meet usually the first day

You will not need your member card for anything on board. In my 10 cruises I have never been asked for mine.

You may want to stop by the DVC desk on Deck 4 on your first evening, just to make sure they have you on their "Mambers-On-Board" list. Even though you are not cruising on points you will still get lots of goodies in your stateroom and, as mentioned, they have a member meet one day.

Happy sailing!

Once on Magic we were asked for our cards because they were handing out DVC member caps.

They probably could have looked it up, but this was easier.
