DVC and Dining Reservations Site Down for Maintenance...QUESTION

Hi.
The Disney Dining Reservations website are down for maintenance.
Does anyone know I you can call and make the ressies or is it just the website (I'm at work so prefer not to make a call to Florida if I don't have to).
Does anyone know when it is suppose to be back up?
Today is my 180 mark.
I tried going through DVC and that site is down too.

I just called member services and they are down until around 1:30 today.
 
Dang! I wonder what is going on? I noticed that it was down a good chunk of the weekend as well.
 
They went down on 2/23/12 for updates and site maintenance. I don't know if they went back up and then down again, or if they never went back up since the 23rd.

I knew it was going to take longer than 1/2 a day, but this is alittle ridiculous :rotfl::rotfl:!!
 

I have to admit that I was sort of surprised the online booking system was still down this morning. Since it's the same system MS uses it makes sense that they can't book reservations either.

I know that people were saying they didn't notice any changes after the system was down, maybe it's because they are just now getting to the DVC portion. I still hope they will fix some things, like split reservations not showing up and being able to make ADR reservations at 180+10 versus daily at the 180 mark.
 
When I called this morning, there was a message that basically said the upgrades had unexpected issues. I am not surprised since Disney and IT mix as well as oil and water.
 
I recently closed on a resale, and have been calling each day to find out when I'm in the system. The system was fine yesterday when I called but I was not in the system yet. I just called 10 minutes ago and they said it was down and to call back again after 3pm.
 
I was calling to ask a couple of questions about reserving an RCI location and the vacation advisor I spoke with couldn't get to her RCI screens. Ended up putting me back on hold, where I'm sitting and waiting right now for another shot. They quoted a wait time of 15 minutes for this 2nd hold...
 
I can't even get through via the 800 number-just a busy signal-I went online but I need to speak to a rep. Maybe it can wait until tomorrow-it's just our billing info. Bummer!

I still can't get onto the dvcmember website. I just keep getting a message that the page I have requested is unavailable. I have cleared my history and my cache. Could the site still be down from the upgrades?
