DVC and DDP

I know that DVC members can add the DDP to their reservation. My question is can we add the Premium and Platinum plans, or just the QS, Standard and Deluxe? Thanks!

Only the QS, Std and Deluxe. The Premium and Platinum are packages that include accomodations.
