DVC Add On Question

Hey all! So, I really want to add-on at Riviera before the price increase. My use year is February. So, if I bought now, what would happen to the 2022 points? Or would I just be given 2023 and beyond? Also, do I have to be a member of DVC for a year to finance this? Thanks in advance!

Since you are currently within your 2022 UY, you should get 2022 points. You are past your banking deadline, so they should be able to bank them for you as part of the direct purchase.

Don't know if there is any length of ownership required to finance a direct add-on.

To add on to what was previously stated, they'll let you bank the 2022 points even though it's past the banking deadline. Regarding financing, you'll be able to finance but they run a credit check on members who've had their membership for less than a year.
