just a little reminder, to help the bell service finding your tree please remember your Tree #.

Also please remember at AKL to check the list to see which building the tree will go to for the next family (Jambo House or Kidani Village bell service)

Your first and Last name will be on the Tree list NOT your disname.

Please make sure you tape the tree box up really good.

If anyone else has any info to my list please feel free to add info.

Picked up BCV tree #1 this afternoon. Had to go to the business center to pick it up. I was told by the lady at Y&B business center that any boxes shipped to a Disney resort that has a convention center will be sent there for pick up instead of bell services at the resort. There is a fee charged by the business center for handling. She waived the $5 charge today but asked that I explain that.

Kit--love the tree! I added the extra family too.

Been here all day... was scheduled to pick up SSR Tree #3 and I've been to Bell Services 4 times so far. They are adamant they have NO box that says SSR Tree #3... and NO box that has my name on it.

Can anyone help?!?!

This happened to me at SSR two years ago and it was at the front desk. They told me that bell services at SSR does not keep packages and they are at the front desk. I hope you find it! This is the tree that I am supposed to get...I arrive on Friday 12/11,
wouldn't it be my luck for this to happen again? Maybe I should get out of the tree swap!

I agree! I can't wait to see it in person. We arrive 23 days from today! Then I pass the tree along to Pixie!

And we will look forward to it, Cinderella! Looks like our off property dates coincide with your stay at AKV...maybe we'll run into each other!!

Im sorry to hear BCV is charging for the trees. This year we only have 2 tree boxes.

We're back from our BW stay. The tree was a big hit with our family. The kids loved decorating it. Thanks wisbucky for donating the tree (we added some decorations to your box)!

I dropped it off with Bell Services before we left - hope jpolak is enjoying it as much as we did!

Maribell -- we were delighted to receive a phone call from Bell Services before we headed out this morning informing us, "Tree for pickup!" We raced over and were overwhelmed by the goodies in the box! A lovely tree, lights and garlands to hang, the 'memory book' and those incredible photo ornaments! What a great surprise!!

The tree was immediately set up in our Treehouse ... and the garlands hung. Didn't quite get to the lights ... but if tomorrow is still raining ...

I was feeling a bit blue today (as we just returned home last night from our week in Disney ) so I was thrilled to see your post ! I am so glad you are enjoying the tree and the extra surprises in the box . I hope you have a wonderful rest of your trip! We did not get charged a fee when we picked up our tree from bell services at SSR. We were the first family on the list. Bell services was very helpful and knew exactly what we were talking about both when we picked up the tree and dropped it off at the end of our week. They even called the next family on the list to tell them the tree was ready for them .

After the long drive home on Saturday and Sunday I am beginning to recover from our trip. We traveled down for a week as a party of nine to the THV. SSR Tree #3 made a beautiful addition to our treehouse and fit perfectly on one of the round wooden lampstands in the living room. We had the perfect waterview treehouse to to showcase the tree in the center window behind the table. We also added lights and a Mickey inflatable on our decking.

We brought the Mickey themed tree skirt - and Chellymouse provided the tree and decorations. One of the boat captains stopped the boat for us to take some pictures from outside (my brother in law has those) - I will add them later when I get a copy. He knew exactly which THV was ours and told us that his passengers from both Port Orleans and the THV loved our decorations. In fact during the day we often saw people smiling and pointing as they went by.

I Pmed her again today asking if it was ever found. I have not gotten a response yet. I dropped it off on the date and time specified at Bell Services and it was clearly labeled with all our names. Hopefully she gets a chance to let us know. There are two boxes by the way.
