DVC 7th Year Christmas Tree Sharing a Little Holiday Magic.

I, too, could use some info on what to do. It looks like we might be the last one on our AKV tree and need to know what to do. Also, should we send some decorations? How will they know it is being left for us? Will we PM the previous tree people with our info?

The family that donates the christmas tree will decorate the tree (with the exception of wisbucky trees, no decorations) and on the ouside of the tree box there will be a list of families names and dates. you pick the tree up from bell service after 11 am on your first date to have the tree and drop the tree of at bell service on the date you are suppose to drop the tree off before 11am. there will be an envelope inseide the tree box for donations to help with the shipping to the resort and back to the family that donated the tree.

we are taking names until the end of oct. and right now you may not be the last family on the list. before the end of oct. i will have you pm me your first and last name and to confim your dates. i will then pm the family that donated the tree with their tree list. please do not pm the family that is donating the tree you are on with your info. i may need to move families back and fourth to fit everyone in.

There won't be any decorations on this tree? I am listed for this one at Animal Kingdom and I am not sure I will be able to get decorations to the resort with 2 toddlers in tow... How will i know what I need to decorate and the the dimensions of the tree (I hope I am not being rude by asking, i am very grateful, just thought the tree would be decorated and I could just contribute monitarily

wisbucky trees will not be decorated as of now. there is one of their trees that the first family on the list will decorate the tree when they pick the tree up from bell service. If you are one of the first families on their tree list and would like to donate some decorations please pm me. Otherwise we are working out a solution.

Please check the Tree List to see which tree you are on and the dates for you to share the Tree. The recent families that have joined us, in order to get you on the list i may have modified your dates. Please pick up/drop off the trees on the dates that are listed for your family, this way everyone will be able to share a tree.

OMG! I cant believe Aug. is almost over. Just 2 months to go before we have to send our trees down to DVC resorts. I better pull mine out soon to update them we stiil have room on the tree list for more DVC members

Approx. how long does it take for the tree to get to FL? Even if I am the first one using mine, I plan on sending it down, but want it to get there in time!! Should I allow a week??

A week is usually enough, but ask ahead of time at your mailing company.
