if you ship the tree to disney what do you do about the decorations?

do you just ship them in a separate box? if you take the tree to the resort to leave it do you decorate it before leaving it?
i guess i am a little confused because i will not be there at beginning of the tree program.

this is going to be another tree ti be shared,
We send two trees, alternate years, and one already is decorated and fiber optic, and it is wrapped in such a way that it hasn't been damaged. For the other one I have a box with ornaments, but even that one is pre-lit, and it is small, so there isn't much to do for the people to set up. By the end of a season, usually both trees come back with extra things, some for us to keep or to use the following years. I do not include all of the extras in the box, there isn't room in the box or on the tree.
Do put an extention cord or two with the tree in the box. You may want to include some lights for around the sliding door or anywhere. Each of the trees is unique and you can't go wrong doing things your own way!!! We send a small gift for all of the users, and canwegosoon will be sending me some things to include from her as well.
This year the BWV tree that we're sending will be sent, UPS, around November 2nd. We get the real names from wdwstar of all of the users of that tree. The first person could be asked to put the sheet with the real names and dates of the users on the outside of the box. People will use the tree, repack, usually there is also an envelope for donations to send the tree back to owner, and cross their name off of the list, and bring the boxed tree to bellservices, where it will await the next user.
Maybe other people have a different system, but that's served us well, over the years. If I haven't explained enough, please ask.
