I called today, but the person that I need to talk to is on vacation until Monday 2-22-10. I left a voicemail for her to contact me. If I don't hear from her by early next week, I will call again.

Does anyone know if this is the same phone tour that came out quite a while back, like last October, or is this a new promotion for the phone tour? A friend of mine did the tour last October and neither one of us recieved anything and we called and no one ever called us back....pretty bad!

I have no clue. Yes, I did it yesterday. I work midnights and was actually sleeping when I heard the doorbell at 11 this mornng after the 2nd ring I figured it must be important so I got up and as I was walking to the door I saw the fed ex truck and remembered that it was mentioned that's how they arrive so I hurried to the door and sure enough, I couldn't believe it came that fast!! Plus, I'm in Canada!! That has got to be record time!!

Didn't they offer for you to speak with someone else? When I called that's what they did and they got someone else.
