We have a grand villa stay the first week of Dec and the last two days I’ve gotten calls from “DVC Education services” or something like that wanting to know if I needed any help booking additional packages, paying for more fast passes etc.

First time I’ve gotten these calls, is this new? I wish they had an IT department smart enough to use a CRM-type system instead of back to back calls though!

I told my wife they offered to “educate me on additional ways to separate me from my money”!!

Was it Disney Signature Services? This is because now GV qualify for DSS level of service--similar to the club level rooms, except you don't have club access just access to the DSS.

They were calling to talk about signature services but they were “department of education” or something like that.

What is new is that GV are now eligible to book additional FP for a fee. I am betting this is why.

If Disney has created a Dept of Education to help people learn how to plan I feel like we are all doomed. A newbie has absolutely no chance.
