During the Fireworks show..

...is Fantasy Land closed? If so which rides, what times and when does it re-open?

I believe all Fantasyland rides are shut down during the fireworks because they are shot from the rooftop that link many attractions. They also shoot off fireworks from Matterhorn but from what I've noticed, it still runs. They reopen about 30 minutes after and I assume its when they get the green light from the fire dept.

actually, right side of the matterhorn goes down. left side will continue to run. mainly because that pathway.

All of FL is shut down and blocked off for the fireworks. The fireworks usually end at about 9:45 and FL starts to reopen at about 10:00 or shortly after.

Toontown doesn't reopen after the fireworks. Maybe that's what you were thinking of.

So...does mean that all other lands are open during the fireworks?

Also, what rides are closed during Fantasmic?

Everything associated with Tom Sawyer Island is closed for Fantasmic- Columbia, Mark Twain, Tom Sawyer Island, Canoes, Rafts, etc. Everything else surrounding Rivers of America should normally be open.

For the record, you CAN go onto the teacups and Dumbo etc. as well as BOTH sides of the Matterhorn during the fireworks. I was ON the right side of the Matterhorn when they were firing the fireworks off the top of it. Absolutely amazing. You cannot however go onto the rides in the Castle (Peter Pan, Snow White etc or the carousel, as it's roped off) but we watched the finale from Casey Jr. Really an amazing viewpoint.

8:30, meaning you must be in line by then--that's when the cut the lines off.
