In my defense, none of my family members that I cook for like mushrooms.. So when I want something with mushrooms in it, I'll buy a small can of the sliced ones..
However, I was just copying over a recipe that calls for fresh mushrooms - and I have no idea how to choose "good" ones in the supermarket..
Any tips you could pass along?
