I just want to ride Dumbo. No kids. They FORCED us to take a pager and sit in the play area. I have a 15 year old. Honestly, one of the most ridiculous procedures we've ever encountered. This is our 9th time at Disney and never have we had wait in the chaos of the play area. You have kids and want to go in there, fine. But I shouldn't be forced to do this.

When they do this the playground is considered part of the wait for the ride. Skipping the playground (if the pagers are in use - many times they’re not) would be the equivalent of cutting in line.
